Over the Road Truck Driving Jobs Pay Package

Driving Pay Per Mile: |
Length
of Service With Present Carrier Honored. |

$.40 pay per mile on
all loaded and empty dispatched tariff miles. |

Truck Driver Stop Pay:

$15.00/stop for all
stops except first pickup and final delivery

| Driving Pay: Detention |
Direct truck loading and unloading
detention will be paid at an hourly rate of $9.00. Detention time is
based on appointment time and on-time arrival, which is verified by
satellite. Detention will be paid after 4 hours on loading and 4 hours
on unloading from appointment time. Maximum detention not to exceed
$60.00 per occurrence.

| Trucking Layover Pay: |
Layover pay will be paid at $100.00 for
lost days running. Driver must have available hours, verified by satellite,
to qualify. Enter number of hours available into satellite when departing
home
|
| Driver Pay: Orientation |
$100.00 per day to be paid after 90
days of service.

| New Driver: |
Previous 52 weeks gross wages divided
by 48 weeks x # eligible weeks.

| Existing Drivers: |
Previous calendar years gross wages
divided by 48 weeks x # of eligible weeks.
One week paid vacation after one year of service.
Two weeks paid vacation after two years of service.
Three weeks paid vacation after five years of service.
Drivers are eligible to receive vacation pay after
completing one year and are considered regular, full time employees.

401k Retirement Plan
| Employees may enroll into the Tyson companies Retirement Plan on the first day
of each month if they have completed one hour of service during the month of
hire. This is a qualified plan that allows rollovers from other qualified
plans. Our plan currently offers thirteen (13) investment choices
that can be allocated according to individual preferences. Employees may
contribute up to 15% of their compensation (not to exceed $15,000 for year 2006)
to their 401k account. The employer will match a portion of your
before-tax contributions. Currently the matching contribution is $.50
cents per $1.00 of deferral for the first 6% of compensation contributed by the
employee.
Employees may borrow funds from their 401(k) account
once their account balance has reached a vested balance of $1,000. The
maximum amount of the loan may not be for less than $500 and must be paid back
within 5 years.

Truck Driving Jobs Transition: COBRA MEDICAL
| Trailwood will
supplement your Cobra medical insurance for the first 30 days at the rate of
$90.00 per month for single coverage and $140.00 per month for family coverage.
Medical Insurance
is available the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. |
Our Driver turnover rate is less than 50%
compared to the National Average of over 120%.
