Trailwood Transportation is part of the privately owned Tyson Family group of trucking companies.  The Family is not associated with the chicken or food companies by the same name.  The Family has been in the freight delivery business since the early days of M&M Mars candy.  Years ago Mars began in the local Twin Cities MN area and Tyson Trucklines delivered for them.  When Mars candy  moved to Pennsylvania, the trucking companies transported the freight from the East Coast to the Midwest.  Trailwood also delivered LTL local and regionally in the PA, MN, and WI areas. Trailwood continues with full truck load and LTL in candy as well as other commodities.
